The pretty white dress might be used as a flower Girl dress. Sizing tends to run small and I would suggest sizing up in under 24 month size.

This dress is so cute! However if you’re purchasing for a 12month old I would size up to the 12-18month size I got the 6-12month according to measurements and it was snug.
