CANCELLATION POLICY

Products with a longer than 7 day production time can be cancelled if we receive the request from you within 7 days of placing your order.

Exclusions to the 7 day cancellation policy (and therefore unable to be cancelled, exchanged, returned or refunded) include:

  • In-stock or products with less than one week production time
  • Sample sale items
  • Clearance items

Refunds for cancelled orders may have a deduction applied of up to 4% of the payment value to help cover our fees and costs such as payment and merchant fees.

RETURN POLICY


Items may be returned subject to this policy:

  • Dresses are all made to order so cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Return requests must be made within 10 days of receiving the item by emailing support@beforeever.com
  • If return is approved, item is to be returned to Before & Ever at buyers cost and risk. We recommend tracking with insurance.
  • Items must be in a new and re-sellable condition.  The gown or other product must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with no stains, makeup, deodorant/perfume scents or other odors, pet hair, or alterations.
  • If requesting a refund there will be an up to 30% re-stocking fee.
  • If requesting an exchange or store credit there is up to a 10% re-stocking fee.
