Our biggest sale of the year is here, and we're so glad you came. Here's everything you need to know so your order lands beautifully and on time.
How your discount works
No code needed. Your Black Friday price shows up on its own, right across the store.
- 25% off the core range.
- Up to 70% off a selection of older and final-stock styles.
- Spend $140 or more on products and your gift arrives in the cart automatically.
Does it stack with other discounts
Your Black Friday price is already the lowest it goes, so other discount codes take a back seat during the sale. Any personal code you have will be ready and waiting again once the sale wraps. A gift card or store credit is different, that's yours to spend as normal, on sale prices too.
What the gift with purchase covers
Your free gift drops into your cart on its own once you reach $140 in products. The $140 is on the products themselves, before shipping. Gifts go while stock lasts, and if a few of your orders get packed together, the gift comes through once.
What's included, and what sits this one out
The sale runs right across the store, with one exception: anything bought before the sale started keeps its original price, since sale pricing applies to orders placed during the sale.
Getting it to you in time
This is the part worth reading. So many of you shop at once over Black Friday, so orders take a little longer to pack than our everyday turnaround.
- Please allow 7 to 10 days for your order to be packed and on its way during our peak season, plus delivery time to your area.
- Shopping close to a date you need it by? Choose express at checkout.
- If your order has more than one piece and one of them is on back order, the order travels together once everything is ready. Want the in-stock pieces sooner? Reply to your confirmation and we'll see what we can do (a small shipping fee applies to send ahead).
Back order pieces
Some of our most-loved styles fly out faster than we can keep them on the shelf. If something you love shows as back order, it means demand has run ahead of stock, and you can still secure yours now. Yours ships the moment it lands, and tracking goes straight to your inbox.
Changing your order
Once an order is moving through packing we may not be able to change it, so please double-check sizes and your address at checkout (the size chart is on every product page). If something urgent comes up, send us a note with the subject "URGENT: Order Amendment" and your order number, and we'll do everything we can.
If something sells out after you order
Now and then a piece sells out in the short window before an order is packed. If that happens we'll be in touch with an option you'll love just as much, or sort a refund on that piece, whichever you prefer.
Returns and exchanges during the sale
Change-of-mind returns and exchanges are welcome on full-price sale pieces, with return shipping covered by you and standard shipping on exchanges. Final-stock and clearance styles, the deeper discounts up to 70% off, are final sale, so they sit outside returns and refunds. A quick look at the size chart before you order saves most of these, so it's worth the 30 seconds.
Price matching and rainchecks
Black Friday prices are set for the sale window, so rainchecks and price matches sit this one out.
When you'll hear back from us
Our inbox gets a lot of love over Black Friday. We read every message and aim to get back to you within 2 to 3 business days during the rush. For anything time-sensitive, pop "URGENT" and your order number in the subject so it jumps the queue.
